Rarelywritten (sob!)

I've just defaulted on my rarelywritten assignment. It's something I've been debating for the last couple of days; and I hate to do it. I've never defaulted in an exchange before; and its seems like such an admission of failure. On the other hand, after a lot of thought, I decided it's the fairest thing to do. I just feel so damned tired.

Perhaps next week inspiration will come, energy will return, and I'll write a treat. (I hope so.)

This way, though, I can at least be sure that my recipient will get her just and proper present, even if it has to come from a trusty pinch-hitter.
