There's about a week to get your nominations in; and you can do them one at a time. However, basically, once you've done a nomination, it's fixed.
You can do Forever Knight now; and then you can take your time over picking the other two choices. All you have to do is click on the link again, and go back to the form. You'll find that the remaining fandoms are still there for you to fill in.
Remember, though: this is a gift exchange for rare fandoms only. There is a list here (http://yuletide-admin.livejournal.com/133918.html#cutid1) of fandoms that are definitely NOT eligible. So don't waste a nomination on any of those.

People are listing the fandoms/characters they've nominated that have been accepted. I should warn you that it's already a very long list, and it's going to get longer.
