The concept is a large one, which is daunting. Ideally, it would be done as three chapters, posted a day or two apart.

I literally got the idea when the G20 Summit was still on. For the past two years, since fkficfest has been run as a promptfest, I've figured out how to work the story to the prompt, and then hauled out my hoard of newspaper clippings. In 2019, I got the clippings organized by date. Last year I started rereading them (doing my canon review, basically), but kept getting distracted by memories.

This year? Who knows.
